We aimed to help McDonald’s Indonesia in selling more of their iconic products by redesigning their website with more friendly user experience.
We started the project by conducting the heuristic review on their previous website. The goal is to know what needs to be improved from their website. To support the findings in the heuristic evaluation, we also conducted usability testing with several resource persons.
The new website aims to deliver a smooth experience both on desktop and mobile. As well as redefining their booking system and increasing engagement on their mobile app.
