Along with developing each service, XL wants to improve the user experience by centralizing services on one platform
They want to revamp the xl.co.id website to accommodate this. To reflect that, XL wanted to update the overall experience, be it on the customer side and company side platforms. Besides xl.co.id, Antikode also has the opportunity to help with XL prioritas, XL Satu, and XL Center products.
We worked with the XL Axiata team to craft experiences that adapt to the character of each target market of each targeted product. We offer comprehensive services, including user research, UI/UX design, development, and digital analytics.
Our vision was to create a sustainable ecosystem that unified all xl.co.id services—a seamless, easy experience for both XL Axiata’s customers and internals.
There are 4 product categories that XL AXIATA offers which are XL Prepaid, XL Prioritas, XL Home, and XL SATU. To introduce these four products, XL AXIATA wanted us to revamp their website XL.co.id as the main platform. In addition, each product also has its platform to accommodate the specific needs of its users.
We knew we had to start with user research for the main and derivatives websites separately. Only then can we pinpoint specific needs for each product.

As the main platform for all product lines, the XL.co.id website focuses on family users, including targets from various demographics with different needs. To suit the target user, we aim to declutter the navigation and overall content to be more compact and not repetitive. Most importantly, to create a structured and easily distinguishable product catalog.
offers the advanced postpaid concept with XL Axiata 4.5G network, big to unlimited quota and our prioritized service. As the name suggests, we want to make XL Prioritas customers feel prioritized and fulfilled. XL wanted to update the overall experience on both customer and employee sides to accommodate that experience.
is a fixed internet broadband service for internet needs at home. Targeting family needs, XL SATU also prepares an add-on service that can be used for up to 5 family members on the outside. The website itself is focused on improving product catalog and overall purchasing experience.
