Designing the first-of-its-kind loyalty experience for Disney+ Hotstar Indonesia.

In 2022, we collaborated with Disney+ Hotstar to develop a distinctive loyalty experience known as Klub Disney+ Hotstar.
The goal of this initiative was to incentivize users to explore different genres and themes, ultimately leading to increased watch time and brand awareness for Disney+ Hotstar Indonesia.
We created a holistic approach that focused on engaging users through rewards and gamification elements.
By completing a movie or TV show and participating in a corresponding quiz, users could earn points and compete on the campaign leaderboard. The key idea was to provide users with a sense of achievement and competition while encouraging them to watch more content.
Our design involved an immersive island experience with monthly themes.
Users arrived on a visually captivating virtual island where they unlocked exclusive artifacts by watching related movies or TV shows. These artifacts represented progress, while Disney-themed monthly themes added excitement and sustained engagement, ultimately increasing watch time. The immersive island and Disney-themed themes kept users engaged, motivated, and provided a sense of adventure and novelty.
